We would prefer that there is someone available upon delivery \u2013 we will do our best to put the dumpster in a desirable location for the customer, provided the driver can safely maneuver. If no one is available at the delivery time, the driver will place the dumpster in the most accessible location.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We do our best to carefully deliver and pick up these dumpsters, but they are, of course, very heavy. If you are worried about a specific area of your property where the dumpster will be dropped, we will place the dumpster on wood planks. Brown Disposal is not responsible for any damages to the surface where a dumpster may be located, but we will do our best to accommodate\u00a0all needs.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Easy! We take cash or credit and debit cards. We can send you a preliminary invoice or accept payment over the phone before dropping off the dumpster. If you are paying in cash, initial payment will be due upon delivery of the dumpster. We will follow up with an additional invoice if the waste is over two tons.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We typically pick the dumpster up at the end of the scheduled pickup date or the next morning, or when you call and tell us it is ready.\u00a0 If you call on the last day of your scheduled rental time and the dumpster is not picked up until the next day.\u00a0 You will NOT be charged a late fee.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes.\u00a0 There are additional costs on certain items.\u00a0 That list of items that are accepted but incur an additional charge will be provided to you at time of delivery of the dumpster.\u00a0 Those additional costs are levied on us when we dump by the transfer station or landfill.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We include 2 tons of weight in the container with every rental.\u00a0 If you are over that weight, no problem.
